Ashtanga-vinyasa yoga

My yoga journey began in 2004 when I was a student living in Bangalore, India. I attended Shivananda-style yoga classes, as well as pranayama and meditation classes that completely changed my life. One of the unique experiences for me was spending two weeks at the Art of the living ashram. After returning to Iran, I found there is a sound in me to share yoga in my country and by participating in yoga coaching courses under the Iranian Yoga Federation, I began teaching and sharing yoga knowledge in Persian. At the same time, I participated in Iyengar Yoga style courses at the Iyengar Tehran Yoga Institute, which was supervised by the Indian Yoga ritualist, so that I can go with another style and become more are of other ways of sharing. In all the years between 2008 and 2019 I did yoga training in the style of Shivananda as a side job.

In 2020, I participated in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga courses at the Tallinn Yoga Institute, and this style became very energetic, dynamic and pleasant for me, and now I would like to share Ashtanga Vinyasa style yoga. In the maze of all this path, what I have achieved is that, yoga is not just a flexibility exercise, it is just a lifestyle an attitude on the matt and off the matt. A beautiful conscious way of life.
