I earned my 200h certificate from Goa in India, and I am also YogaFunc Level2 instructor. Additionally, I am often participating in workshops in Estonia and elsewhere to update my teaching skills. In my spare time, I am a marketing specialist, and I love everything food-related, which I write about in my blog www.kahvliga.ee.
My yoga classes tend to be on the physical side and are definitely a yang practice — no need to worry about the classes being too dull or only breathing and lying down. Breath is an essential part of my classes, but it is always synchronized with movements, and even the strongest men get a good workout in addition to a calmer mind. For me, the magic of yoga is that it allows us to step away from our busy lives and bring the focus back to ourselves. We often find solutions if we consciously turn our minds off and stop thinking about the problem.
