“A tension free body and relaxation is the essence for being present and focused. The TRE method is an efficient tool for training the body to get used to an all encompassing meditative relaxation of the body and the mind. The body needs care and purification and TRE is the best tool for it. Physical and mental well-being needs to be continuously created by learning to accept it and live in it. I share which I have searched for in many different theories and practices, I offer questions and answers to support new developments, experiences and acknowledgements of deep changes”

NB! TRE is a safe and efficient practice for most, but it should not be done by those who are pregnant. As well as people with heart problems, fragile psyche, ones who use psychotropic substances or medications or who are suffering from complex physical or mental traumas. If you have any doubts, be sure to notify the instructor of them.
